Master's in Educational Sciences CDE

The following are considered objectives of the Master's in Educational Sciences Program:

General Program Objective:

To train competent professionals at the Master's level in specific areas of specialization, capable of conceiving, designing, operationalizing, executing and evaluating socio-educational, socio-pedagogical and psycho-pedagogical intervention projects, as appropriate, with the aim of intervening in and transforming professional practice spaces.

Specific Program Objectives.

The development of the following core professional competencies are transversal and integration objectives of the training program:

To foster the inquiry competence of participants, based on increasing methodological training, the ability to problematize socio-educational professional practice spaces, and the capacity to develop research projects.

To increase the intervention competence that favors  their ability to become agents of socio-educational and socio-pedagogical transformations, of institutional and personal innovations, enabling them  to develop alternative solutions to professional performance problems.

To develop the competence of managing and processing flows of information,  knowledge and expertise, with the aim of linking their professional practice spaces to interactive processes of updating and knowledge production.
