The university exercises its commitment and management from a policy of ethical quality, in the training of qualified professionals and responsible citizens, fostering lifelong learning, the generation and dissemination of knowledge, the contribution to the understanding, preservation and dissemination of cultures, promoting the protection and consolidation of society's values and fostering ecological awareness and respect for coexistence and nature.

The University, through agreements, establishes mechanisms of interinstitutional academic cooperation, consolidating bonds with other institutions to strengthen the comprehensive training of our students, the development of research, extension and social outreach.
