We are an autonomous higher education institution that provides and promotes university education at the highest levels of higher education, using advanced technology, cooperating with Paraguayan society to train qualified professionals ready to take on challenges that allow them to adequately meet the requirements of the country's social, cultural and economic development.

We are a young institution in the market, but faithful to the ideal of serving the country, the community and culture, because we believe that through the alternatives we offer we are fulfilling the philosophy of serving a country in transition, with the desire to move toward the ideal of building a better homeland.
